Sail & Fly Menu Example

Morning tea: Tea and coffee with fruit cake or biscuits, fresh fruit.

Lunch: Great pasta with tomatoes, mushrooms, vegetables, fish, bacon or what we find on board. Selection of salads.

Afternoon tea: Tea and coffee with fruit cake or biscuits.

Appetiser: Specially prepared dip with crackers, prawns served with a lemon chilli and mayonnaise dressing, cheese platter and salami.

Dinner: The famous chicken on the barbeque with our secret spices, or grilled barramundi with fresh herb sauce. Straccetti: shredded beef on rocket salad, mushrooms, celery and parmesan salad.

Dessert: Chocolate cake with cream or specialty.

Breakfast: Tea, coffee or espresso, fresh fruit salad, yogurt and honey, cereals, toast and croissant with jams or Nutella.
